Today I'm listing a CM Custom Breyer Indian Pony Painted to a Beautiful Black Appaloosa Mare with a Large Blanket and Spots by Sue Kern in 2009. This is a traditional size horse model. The logo has been removed. The ears and nostrils have been carved. The hoof on the raised left foreleg has also been carved, and now sports a frog. All four hooves have carved heel bulbs. The eyes are multi-colored. The ears, eyes, nostrils, and hooves have been glossed. Sue added some subtle roaning to this gal's face. This mare has a matte finish. She has the artist's signature, Sue Kern, and the year, 2009, signed on her belly. She is Photo Show Quality in my opinion, and would look great in native costume. I do NOT consider her LSQ. Some seams have not been sanded, and the prepping could have been done a bit better, but that is unnoticeable in photos. She would also make a great shelf model! She has been displayed in my china cabinet, and never played with. She has NO chips, cracks, or repairs, and is in very good condition! She'd make a great addition to someone's collection.
