He is new in box and does include the UPC. This model is very hard to find. Successful completion of the year's Treasure Hunt will result in achieving an exquisite collection of four beautiful draft horses representing Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. When the first three models are collected, simply submit your proof of purchase directly to Breyer to receive the fourth model, Winter, as a free reward for completing this seasonal quest.
